Flooded Family Room in Fontana, CA

This flooded family room in Fontana, CA was the  result of a slab leak. The extent of the water affected the flooring and drywall including surrounding the fire place.

Due to the amount of water and affected materials, the drywall had to be removed to dry out the cavity and framing thoroughly. The after picture was taken 24 hours after work began on the property showing the drywall removal and drying of the area.
